Shuttle informations

For participants from Sherbrooke and Quebec, a free shuttle bus service is offered. If you wish to use the shuttle service, you must indicate it in the registration form to the question concerned. Confirmation of information, location and instructions for taking the shuttle bus will be sent to you by email a few days before the event, to all participants who have indicated in the form that they want to take the shuttle bus.

For Quebec

The bus will pick up participants at Université Laval, 2325, rue de l'Université, in Quebec City. The departure will be between 6:15 am and 6:30 am. You must be present at least 15 minutes before departure. At the end of the event, the shuttle will bring the participants back to the same point.

For Sherbrooke

The bus will pick up participants at the Université de Sherbrooke, at the Sports Center parking lot, pavilion J-1 (see campus map below). The departure will be between 6:15 am and 6:30 am. You must be present at least 15 minutes before departure. At the end of the event, the shuttle will bring the participants back to the same point.
