Joint PhD thesis awards

Awards of $1500 each are for the best theses produced under a France-Quebec joint PhD/cotutelle agreement. Two awards are presented annually  — one by the Ministère des  Relations internationales et de la Francophonie du Québec and one by the Consulate General of France in Quebec City.
