Les Saisons des ESP is a series of recognized workshops and one-time activities of various types (symposia, panel discussions, etc.) for UdeM’s graduate student community (including master's and PhD candidates and postdoctoral fellows).

These free training activities are based on the Référentiel des compétences transversales, UdeM’s guide to employability skills, which is organized around eight sets of soft skills. Students can choose from the calendar of activities to design their own à la carte program in line with their needs, availability and priorities.

The program equips graduate students for a successful transition from academia to the workplace, in the academic, private, public or nonprofit sectors.
